Purpose

The platform makes it easy to browse properties, send requests, submit property projects and, for authorised accounts, manage and moderate listings.

No automatic commitment

Saving a favourite, sending a request or listing a property does not confirm availability, booking, mandate or transaction. Commercial and contractual terms are agreed separately by the parties concerned.

Demo listings

Content marked “Demo” is fictitious. It illustrates the interface and does not correspond to available properties.

Accounts and responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, protect access to their account and not publish unlawful or misleading content or content that infringes the rights of others.

Moderation

SovereignLife IMMO may request corrections, refuse, withdraw or archive a listing. Technical approval of a listing does not replace the necessary legal or commercial checks.

Fees

The fees shown on the page Services apply once the commercial terms have been formally approved and accepted by the parties.

Changes

These terms and the services may change; any significant change will be communicated appropriately.
