Depending on your path, the service may process your contact details, the content of your requests, your account information, listing data and the files you choose to send.

Local favourites

Your favourites are stored only in your browser. When you open the Favourites page, the property IDs are sent to the server to display the matching public listings. You can clear this selection by removing the properties or deleting the site data in your browser.

Purposes

Data is used to handle requests, manage accounts, publish and moderate listings, forward requests to the professionals concerned, secure the service and keep a record of sensitive actions.

Access to data

Access is limited by role: the person concerned, the professional who owns the listing, and staff authorised for administration or moderation.

Retention and deletion

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data via the contact form. Retention periods depend on applicable obligations and purposes. Some data may be kept for legal or security reasons. In accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08, you have rights of access, rectification and objection.

Files and security

Photos sent by professionals are checked and technically processed before being attached to a listing. No system guarantees absolute security; any confirmed incident is handled according to the applicable procedures.

Cookies and analytics

Only one strictly necessary session cookie is used (form security and login to private areas). No audience measurement tool is enabled by default.
